There are a couple kids at my job who always sit on the floor in a position that we learned is bad for muscle development. Regardless of how many times we tell them to sit differently their first inclination is to sit that way even though we’ve told them it’s going to hurt.
I try to find a lesson in every recurring thing in my life. What I get from that is even if it’s comfortable and it’s what feels natural to you, it could be negatively impacting your growth or preventing it altogether. Change your position and make a habit of getting comfortable doing something else.
